Insight Environmental Services respects client confidentiality and privilege. The rights of consumer privacy, trade secrets and intellectual property patenting are all reserved for the client and upheld at the highest regard by our expert consultation team. 

As such, companies who share a chain of responsibility that encompass ‘joint liability’ upon the appropriate classification, transport and removal of wastes will be tended to with the maximum discretion of the client who paid for such services of the exact classification zone and amount. 

Accordingly, Insight Environmental Services assures all its clientele that its analysis and collected criteria information will not be disclosed privately or publicly. All materials of a commercially sensitive nature will only be relinquished from us as the consultants with speciality, privacy and secrecy of care.

To disclose information, permissions will need to be obtained by the independent ‘Purchaser’ (and affiliated representatives) of the project (unless indicated in the contract otherwise). This privilege includes all regulators up to the levels of civil and criminal law that may wave or indemnify those rights to intellectual property reservation.  

Breaches of the Privacy and Confidentiality Policies have never occurred to date at Insight Environmental Services, and they will continue to involve a zero-tolerance policy for any suspicious and proven offences.
